Good value for a VPS

They pretty much always have some kind of deal going on, especially for new customers. I got like 20% off recurring when I signed up last year. Keep an eye out for Black Friday or Cyber Monday if you can wait, those are usually the biggest.

Yeah, check their site directly. Sometimes they have specific promo codes for certain server locations. You punch it in during checkout on their WHMCS portal. Discounts are usually 10-25% recurring or sometimes half off the first month.

Yeah, I've had to contact them a couple of times for some server weirdness. They were pretty quick to respond, usually within an hour or two. Not like instant chat, but way better than waiting days.

They do offer managed support on some plans, I think. For basic stuff, I've always found their docs good enough, but for anything complex, support is there. They definitely provide DDoS protection too, which is a plus.
